How Brivva ran 10 creator campaigns and signed 76 contracts in three months
Brivva is a live-commerce agency. In its first three months on Janney AI, its team sourced 3,046 creators, managed 512 replies, and moved 76 creator contracts to signature.
Brivva's team did the campaign work; Janney carried the workflow. These are one customer's observed totals, not promised or typical results.
The operating problem
Campaign volume had outgrown a manual workflow
Brivva's work includes the operational half of influencer marketing: finding suitable creators, reaching out one by one, handling replies, negotiating rates and deliverables, and following contracts through to signature. At agency volume, tabs and spreadsheets make it difficult to keep every creator and conversation moving.
What Janney carried
One workflow from creator sourcing to signed terms
Source
Search and organize relevant creators for each campaign without rebuilding the working list in another tool.
Converse
Keep outreach, replies, and substantive back-and-forth visible in the campaign workflow.
Close
Track changed rates or deliverables through negotiation and move agreed campaigns toward signature.
What happened
The conversations did not stop at the first reply
Of the 512 creators who replied, 287 entered substantive back-and-forth conversations. Brivva signed 76 creator contracts, and 22 of those signed deals involved a changed rate, changed deliverables, or both before the agreement closed.
Why this matters
Software should let a small team run beyond its headcount
The result is not that Janney replaced Brivva's team. It is that Brivva could keep thousands of creator records, hundreds of replies, negotiated changes, and signed outcomes in one operating system while its people made the campaign decisions.
