What is Janney AI?
Janney AI helps you find creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, save a shortlist, and reveal available public contact emails. API and MCP let your own AI use Janney's creator data.
Which platforms can I search?
Search creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube with a natural-language brief. Review returned profiles and find creators similar to a handle you provide. Search terms guide relevance rather than acting as strict filters.
What can I keep in Your List?
You can keep unlimited creator lists, move or copy creators between them, add tags, and upload an existing CSV. Shared lists are available on Growth and above.
Can I bring a list from another platform?
Yes. Export your existing creator list to CSV, then upload it to Your List. This is a CSV import, not a live integration with the other platform.
What does a contact email cost?
Search, lookalikes, and lists do not spend contact credits. When a public contact email is found and added to a list, it costs one credit. New accounts start with 10 credits.
What can my AI do through MCP?
On Growth and above, your MCP client can search creators, find lookalikes, retrieve contacts, and check your credit balance. MCP does not currently read or write Your List.
Does Janney send outreach or negotiate for me?
No. Janney supplies creator data and a place to organize your records. Your team or your own AI tools handle communication and decisions.
Can Janney track creator posts?
You can submit a TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube post URL to track views, likes, and comments daily for up to 90 days. Post allowances vary by plan.
